PALMA LOCK
Palma Lock is luxury luggage storage and concierge service at La Nube, Vista Cana, fifteen minutes from Punta Cana Airport. Guests drop their bags and keep exploring; homeowners get their property looked after.
The challenge
Two very different people need the same address. A traveller who checked out at eleven with an evening flight wants somewhere safe for their bags in the next five minutes. A homeowner in Vista Cana wants turnover, home watch and an amenity worth advertising to their own guests. Both also have to trust a stranger with something that matters before they will book anything.
Our approach
One site, two clearly separated paths, so neither audience has to read the other's copy. Booking is reduced to three steps — reserve, drop off, carry on — and the things that earn trust are stated up front rather than buried: insured storage, concierge assistance, and the distance to the airport. Owners get their own service tier and an account, so the site works as a product rather than a brochure.
